I did it! A Pintrest redo! I saw a
Pintrest pin recently for
brownies and
cinnamon rolls made in a waffle iron. Genius. I've had a box of muffin sitting in my pantry for a few months, waiting, begging, to be made. But I have no oven. It's been on the blink for a few months. :/
So, I got out my Belgian waffle maker, mixed up the muffins (followed box directions), and crossed my fingers for the best. Then I made a simple glaze (powdered sugar, water, sprinkle of cinnamon) and served em up... Deelish!
